WINDOW CLEANING FOR END OF LEASE INSPECTIONS

An End of Lease Clean is also referred to as a Vacate Clean, Bond Clean, Exit Clean or End of Tenancy Clean. Most rental properties in Perth now require that the tenant provide some level of professional cleaning to the property before receiving their deposit.

Even if your Real Estate Agent doesn't request a professional cleaning, you will still need to have the property cleaned to a standard that will satisfy your property manager​. Maybe you have already been given the End of Lease Cleaning check list and you're feeling a tad overwhelmed!

WILL THE WINDOWS NEED CLEANING?

It isn't always necessary as part of the End of Lease agreement to have the windows professionally cleaned, but if the windows haven't been cleaned for a while and aren't looking too great, the Realtor will ask for them to be cleaned. Also, if the windows are significantly dirtier than when you moved in, chances are it's better to get them cleaned, as it's surprising what a first impression makes. When a property has crystal clear windows it gives the real estate agent the right impression before they even enter the house.
